Understanding our agreement
Welcome to The Regulated Bridge. This page outlines the terms and conditions for using our website and engaging in our neurodivergent coaching services. By accessing our site or participating in coaching, you agree to these terms. We foster a safe, respectful community where kindness is key, and intimidation is never tolerated.

Our coaching commitment: a partnership in growth
At The Regulated Bridge, we dedicate significant time and resources to each family we serve. To honor this commitment, all coaching packages are non-refundable. Our coaching is a dynamic partnership; while we provide expert guidance and proven tools to quiet sensory noise and build regulation systems, your personal engagement and actions are what drive your success. Results are not guaranteed, but your journey toward a peaceful, sustainable home life is our shared goal. Should you feel our sessions are not meeting your expectations, we are fully committed to discussing your concerns and striving to make things right. Please note, while refunds are not generally offered, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating and unexpected circumstances.

Shared responsibilities: ethics and engagement
As your neurodivergent coach, The Regulated Bridge agrees to uphold the highest ethical standards, following the Ethics and Standards of Conduct set forth by the International Coach Federation (ICF). You can review the ICF's Code of Ethics in detail here: https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics. We emphasize that your emotional, mental, and physical well-being remains your responsibility, as do your choices, decisions, behaviors, and actions. Our coaching is designed to help parents of complex-needs children move from 'survival mode,' but it is not therapy, nor is it intended to treat mental disorders or medical problems. We encourage you to seek specialized help from certified independent practitioners for legal, medical, mental, or other professional advice. If you are under the care of a mental health professional, please inform your coach. A successful coaching relationship thrives on honesty; we ask that you commit your full energy to the program and communicate openly, truthfully, and with direct feedback.

Ensuring your satisfaction
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us at The Regulated Bridge. We are dedicated to helping neurodivergent parents and families. In the rare event that you feel our sessions are not meeting your expectations, we are fully committed to discussing your concerns thoroughly and making every effort to make things right. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported and equipped to build a regulated, peaceful home life.
