The Regulated Bridge (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy while supporting families moving from survival mode to peaceful living. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit theregulatedbridge.com (the “Site”), use any of our services (including “Bridge Link” asynchronous coaching), sign up for our newsletter through Constant Contact, and/or make purchases through our Squarespace store.

When you visit our Site, use our services (including “Bridge Link” asynchronous coaching), sign up for our newsletter, shop with us, or book services, we may collect:

Strategic Audit (“Noise”) Documents (If You Choose to Share Them): If you request document-based support/strategic audits, we may collect documents you provide such as IEPs, ETRs, and insurance/medical letters (“Noise” documents). These may be submitted through Google Forms and/or uploaded to Google Drive for the purpose of completing the strategic audit and related consultative deliverables.
Bridge Link Communications (Asynchronous Coaching): If you use our “Bridge Link” asynchronous coaching, we may collect the information you choose to share through that workflow (for example, written updates, reflections, questions, and other content you submit, and our responses), along with basic identifiers needed to provide the service (such as name and email).
Newsletter Signup Information (Constant Contact): If you sign up for our newsletter, we may collect your contact information (such as name and email address) and your subscription preferences, and we may receive related engagement data (such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked) from our email service provider.

If you choose to submit “Noise” documents or other sensitive information for strategic audits, we use a “call-less” workflow designed to limit unnecessary sharing and reduce exposure. In that case:
Dedicated Drive Folders: Client documents are stored in dedicated, invitation-only Google Drive folders with access limited to the client and The Regulated Bridge.
Private Google Sites Sub-Pages: If we use Google Sites to organize or present client materials, those pages are set as private/restricted (not public) and access is limited to the intended client and The Regulated Bridge.
Access Controls: We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (such as account access controls and sharing permissions) intended to protect the confidentiality of your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
4B. IMPORTANT CONTEXT (CONSULTATIVE SERVICES)
Some information you choose to share may include sensitive educational and/or medical-related details. Our services are consultative coaching/advocacy support and strategic document audits; we do not provide clinical, medical, or mental health treatment. Even so, we aim to maintain high standards for document privacy and limit access to client materials as described above.
